Supporting healing and growth through every stage of life.
About
Seeking support is a courageous first step, and my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your journey.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, anger, and substance use concerns. Whether you're facing a difficult season or working toward personal growth, I will partner with you to identify practical strategies that support your goals and overall well-being.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and psychoeducation, to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I believe therapy is more than talking through problems—it's about developing the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel respected, empowered, and comfortable being yourself.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you're returning after time away, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you offer virtual therapy?
- Yes. I currently provide secure telehealth therapy for clients throughout South Carolina, Georgia, and New Jersey, where I am licensed to practice. Telehealth allows you to receive professional mental health care from the comfort and privacy of your home, office, or another confidential location.
- Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
- Yes. I understand that balancing work, school, and family responsibilities can make it difficult to find time for therapy. I offer flexible telehealth appointments Monday through Friday, with evening and limited weekend availability based on scheduling. My latest appointment begins at 8:00 PM to help accommodate busy schedules.
- What languages do you offer therapy in?
- I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. My goal is to create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where you can communicate comfortably in the language you prefer.
- Can I receive therapy in Spanish?
- Yes. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to communicate in the language they feel most comfortable using. My goal is to create a supportive, culturally responsive environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected.
- What can I expect during my first therapy session?
- Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, review your history, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
