Neurodivergent therapy that works for your brain, not against it.
About
You've probably spent years wondering why everything feels harder for you than it seems to be for everyone else. Burnout that doesn't go away with a vacation. Relationships that exhaust you. A brain that won't cooperate. If you're autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD (especially if you figured it out late) I get it. Not just clinically. I'm neurodivergent too, and I've done this work myself. That's why I know that standard therapy often doesn't fit our brains, which is why everything I do is built around what actually works for you.
I know what it's like to live with ADHD, Autism, trauma, and chronic pain, and I know what helps. Because of my lived experience and training, you can feel genuinely heard and receive treatment that fits what you need. We work with your timing, energy, and needs. When words are tough, we can incorporate music and art into sessions. I also draw on DBT, ACT, IFS, SFBT, and music therapy to build an adaptable plan together.
I have been practicing clinically as a music therapist since 2012 and hold a Master of Social Work (2024). As a registered social worker in Ontario and accredited music therapist, I integrate evidence-based and creative approaches from a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed lens.
The most important part of therapy is the relationship. I take a relational, collaborative approach to create a safe, supportive space, whether that means practical strategies, creative exploration, or a mix of both. You can book a free meet and greet to see if this is the right fit for you. Virtual sessions available Monday through Friday, serving all of Ontario.
