Psychotherapist
Telehealth only: Ontario
Therapy for adults, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, women's issues and more, helping to create meaningful change in life.
About
Do you feel anxious or worn down by stress? You might notice yourself stuck in patterns of worry, people-pleasing, or pushing yourself to keep going even when you are exhausted. Many people come to therapy feeling changed by what life has thrown at them and unsure how to slow down or reconnect with themselves.
Personally, I have a deep understanding of how grief and hardship can shape life in lasting ways, and of how meaningful therapy can be in navigating and overcoming these experiences. This belief informs how I work, with an emphasis on care, understanding, and supporting individuals in rebuilding their relationship with themselves.
I work with anxiety, relationship and identity challenges, grief, and emotional overwhelm. Drawing on CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and IFS-informed approaches, I support clients in understanding patterns, relating differently to emotions, and feeling more grounded through practical, experiential exercises
I value offering a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space. I see therapy as a partnership built on respect and curiosity. My goal is to support you as you reconnect with yourself and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

Frequently asked questions
- What does a first session with you look like?
- Therapy with me typically begins with gaining a clearer understanding of your goals and establishing our relationship. Once we have established goals together, we will collaboratively create a plan for addressing them in ways that work for you. Based on the different goals and concerns you have, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you explore, process, and make meaningful changes.
- What's your approach to working with Anxiety?
- When working with anxiety, I approach it in a way that is both emotionally attuned to where you are at, providing a space where you don't have to hold onto it alone. Whatever you carry, I will carry with you. As appropriate, I also begin to introduce tools and strategies for managing anxiety, as well as working to understand and support you at its root.
- How quickly can I book a first appointment?
- Please reach out to me, I am pretty quick with email responses and finding availability to book you in as soon as possible.
- Who do you typically work best with?
- I work with individuals who have come from all different walks of life. There is no certain way for you to be, in order to engage in therapy with me. Come as you are, and I will work alongside you, at your pace, to understand your inner world and hopefully make meaningful improvements in your life, together.
- What should I do if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?
- I get it! Therapy can be unfamiliar, or difficult to begin for a variety of reasons. Maybe you feel you don't know what you'd talk about, reluctant to talk to a stranger about the depths of your life, or that your problems aren't "bad enough to be in therapy". For this reason, i provide a free 15-minute consultation where we talk a bit about what is going on in your life, and how I can help. If you feel that talking to me feels comfortable, great! If not, that is not a problem, and I will do my best to help you explore other options.
