A supportive, non-judgmental space to better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

About

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, stress, or major life changes begin to take over. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I work with adults and couples who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create lasting change. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that fit your life. My role isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you discover what works for you.

Every client is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, and somatic techniques.

Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel understood, supported, and encouraged to see yourself and your situation in new ways. Whatever brings you to therapy, we'll work together to help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and hope.

Frequently asked questions

What does a first session with you look like?
The first session is an opportunity to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We'll explore your current concerns, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin developing a plan that aligns with your goals. Most clients leave with greater clarity, practical strategies, and a clear sense of the next steps.
What's your approach to working with Anxiety?
Anxiety is often a signal that your mind and body are working overtime to keep you safe. Together, we'll identify what's driving your anxiety, understand the patterns that keep it going, and develop practical strategies to help you regain confidence and a greater sense of calm.
How quickly can I book a first appointment?
In most cases, you can book your first appointment within a few days, depending on availability. You can view my current schedule online and choose a time that works best for you.
Who do you typically work best with?
I work best with adults and couples who want more than just a place to talk. My clients are often seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, healthier relationships, and practical ways to move forward. They value honesty and collaboration and are ready to make meaningful changes at their own pace.
What should I do if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?
That's completely okay. An initial assessment is an opportunity to explore what's bringing you in, ask questions, and determine whether therapy is the right fit for your needs. There's no obligation to continue beyond that first session.
