A space to say the things you've never told anyone, without judgment.
About
I help women navigating some of the hardest, most unspoken parts of life: postpartum depression and anxiety, postpartum OCD, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, and fertility struggles. I also work with parents and caregivers of medically complex or NICU kids, and I treat OCD across the lifespan using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). If you're moving through a big transition, whether that's college, a new job, marriage, a new baby, or simply becoming who you're becoming, this is a space to say the things you've never told anyone.
My approach centers on helping you hold what's true without rushing to fix or minimize it, so you can keep moving forward even when things are genuinely hard. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is my primary framework, and I'm also trained in ERP for OCD and intrusive thoughts, including perinatal OCD. When grief, trauma, or loss are part of the picture, I work carefully to understand the full story, including the relational and family dynamics that shape how you're carrying it.
Before private practice, I spent years as a NICU social worker and later worked with a non-profit supporting families raising medically complex children. That work taught me how rarely people get room to say the hard, complicated things out loud, and how much it helps when they finally do. I bring that same attentiveness to every session, whether we're reconstructing a traumatic birth experience, working through grief after child loss, or untangling the guilt and protective instincts that come with loving someone through something devastating.
I'm licensed in Texas and Missouri, with more than 8 years in the field across NICU, postpartum, antepartum, early intervention, and outpatient settings. Sessions are completely virtual, so we can meet wherever works for you. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer a free 15-minute consultation.
