You may be carrying more than others realize. Let's slow down and make sense of it together.
About
Many of my clients come to therapy carrying more than others realize. They are often the ones who hold things together for everyone else while quietly feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty setting boundaries. Together, we direct curiosity toward these patterns, exploring them in the context of what you've lived through and building more sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others.
My approach is attachment-focused and trauma-informed, integrating parts work (IFS-informed), somatic and nervous system-based strategies, and evidence-based modalities including ACT and CBT. I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels right for you, supporting insight, emotional regulation, and deeper change rooted in both mind and body. Therapy with me is a relational space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to relate to yourself with greater understanding and compassion.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, trauma-related patterns, and challenges rooted in early attachment experiences. My work is especially suited to individuals who struggle to slow down, set boundaries, or stay connected to their own needs. I also support neurodivergent clients (ADHD and ASD), parenting stress, and a limited number of children ages 8 to 12.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're used to holding a lot on your own. You don't need to have the right words or a clear starting point to begin. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, holding an Honours BA in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
