Warm, grounded support for anxiety, grief, and life transitions, so you can reconnect with your strength.
About
Life can feel heavy, especially when you're carrying stress, anxiety, grief, or navigating a meaningful transition. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, you're not alone, and support is available. My approach to counselling is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience, identity, and strengths. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, explore what's coming up for you, and better understand yourself.
Together, we'll build self-compassion, emotional awareness, and practical tools to help you move through challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I draw on a range of approaches, including CBT, Gestalt, mindfulness, parts work, somatic and nervous system regulation, and expressive arts, always tailoring what we do to what actually fits you. My background in healing arts and journaling also opens the door to creative self-expression as a therapeutic tool when that resonates.
I support individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, divorce, breakups, grief, and self-worth. I work with teens, adults, and elders, and I see individuals, couples, and groups. At Reach Within Emotional Wellness Centre, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, authenticity, and balance. I give myself a little grace in this work, and I'll encourage you to do the same.
If you're considering counselling, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit. You deserve care that feels supportive, respectful, and aligned with who you are.
