Grounded, compassionate support for anxiety, depression, relationships, burnout, perfectionism and the moments life feels like too much.

About

If you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship or family challenges, perfectionism, burnout, identity questions, or simply feeling stretched thin by life, you don't have to sort through it on your own. I'm here to offer support that's grounded, compassionate, and tailored to you.

In our sessions, we take the time to understand what's really going on beneath the surface. That means gently building self-awareness together while also exploring practical tools you can use day to day. You'll have a space to slow down, speak freely, and make sense of your thoughts and emotions without judgment. I'm genuinely curious about your experience, and I'll often reflect back what I'm hearing to help you see it more clearly too.

I work with individuals, couples, and families using approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, Gottman, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, drawing on whatever fits you best. A lot of the work I do touches on family dynamics, relationship patterns, identity, and the tension between what we feel we owe others and what we actually need for ourselves. I also bring a culturally sensitive lens to every session, and I speak Hindi and Punjabi.

Healing doesn't happen overnight, and taking that first step can feel intimidating. But you deserve care, clarity, and a place to land. When you're ready, I'm here, and I'd be honoured to walk alongside you as you move toward the life you want.
