I work with adults, youth, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, burnout, ADHD-related concerns, grief, emotional overwhelm, and difficult life or career transitions. Many of the people I see appear to be managing well on the outside while privately feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer work. With over 30 years of experience, I offer a grounded and collaborative space to understand what is happening, strengthen coping and emotional regulation, improve relationships, and find practical ways forward.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and practical. I draw from CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, attachment-informed practice, and Collaborative Problem Solving to help clients understand patterns, build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

Reaching out can be difficult, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
