Helping people navigate ADHD, ASD and neurodivergence in a neurotypical world/

About

Navigating a neurotypical world as a neurodivergent person can be overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, anger, and low self-esteem often stem from years of feeling misunderstood or unsupported in social, academic, or work environments. In therapy, we can explore your strengths, challenges, and goals—empowering you to work with your brain, not against it. I work with individuals with conditions such as ADHD and Autism (ASD) to establish coping strategies, gain personal insight and address lasting trauma.

As someone with lived experience of ADHD, I understand how important it is to find a therapist who "gets it"—someone who adapts to your communication and thinking style. My integrative therapeutic approach is flexible and creative, designed to support a wide range of attention styles.
