Warm, direct support for women ready to stop coping and start actually healing.
About
I work with women who have spent years showing up for everyone else, and are finally ready to show up for themselves. Maybe you're navigating perimenopause, burnout, or a life transition that's left you questioning who you are. Maybe chronic pain, anxiety, or old trauma is quietly running the show. Perhaps you've never quite been able to say no, and you're finally ready to understand why. You're allowed to want more than just coping.
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with an M.A. in Counselling Psychology and an MBA. Before becoming a therapist, I spent two decades in corporate sales and marketing. I know what it's like to look successful on the outside while feeling stuck inside, and that lived experience shapes how I work. I bring warmth, directness, and a genuine curiosity to every session. I'll validate what's hard, and I'll also gently challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
I draw on EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, and attachment-informed approaches, tailoring each session to you rather than following a rigid protocol. Whether we're doing parts work, processing old trauma, building emotion regulation skills, or just figuring out what you actually want, the work is collaborative and grounded in what matters most to you. I see individuals, couples, and groups, in person in Toronto and virtually across Ontario.
You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. A free 15-minute consultation is a real conversation, no pressure. If you've been carrying something heavy and you're ready to feel genuinely understood rather than managed, I'd love to connect.
