Grounded, compassionate counselling for anxiety, life transitions, and the parts of you ready for change.

About

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Masters in Counselling, and I specialize in anxiety, neurodivergence, reproductive mental health, mid-life transitions, and relationships. My approach is trauma-informed and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, mindfulness-based practices, and client-centered talk therapy. I'm neuro-affirming, non-judgmental, and genuinely curious about what makes you, you.

I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, family dynamics, stress, and life transitions. I'm a passionate advocate for self-compassion, especially as an antidote to perfectionism and shame. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore the patterns shaping your life, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with your authentic self.

In our work together, I'll follow your pace, use your own words and metaphors to build on what matters to you, and celebrate the small wins alongside the bigger shifts. I often draw on tools like parts work, somatic exercises, and values-based exploration to help things feel concrete, not just conceptual. You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. If you're curious about whether we're a good fit, I'd love to connect.
