Practical, strengths-based counselling for ADHD, anxiety, neurodivergence, and life's demands.

About

I support clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, disordered eating, ASD, parenting, and relationship concerns. As a parent myself, I especially enjoy working with other parents as they balance the demands of caregiving, relationships, and self-care. I work with clients from diverse cultural, sexual, and gender identities, including many who identify as neurodivergent, and I also work with first responders, drawing on my own background in emergency management, healthcare, and education.

I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, ASD, neurodiversity, depression, emotion regulation, and self-awareness. Using ACT, CBT, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy, I combine approaches to best fit your needs and preferences. My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, and most clients find it easy to open up about what's on their mind.

I have over 15 years of experience in healthcare, mental health, and education, with particular focus on youth and young adults. Registered as both RCC and CCC, I can work with clients across most of Canada. Together, we build practical coping strategies, self-understanding, communication skills, and meaningful change. I offer virtual and phone counselling for residents across BC and Canada, with limited in-person sessions available in Vernon.
