Start with yourself: build self-awareness, release limiting beliefs, and connect more authentically.

About

If you're struggling with relationships, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, or low mood, I believe the most meaningful place to start is with yourself. Genuine connection with others grows out of self-awareness and self-acceptance. In our work together, we'll look at how your patterns, suppressed emotions, and vulnerabilities shape your relationships with friends, family, and colleagues, and we'll build tools so you can show up more authentically in all of them.

I work in an integrative way, drawing on CBT, ACT, EFT, IFS, attachment-based therapy, somatic approaches, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing, among others. I adapt what I use to what you actually need. Whether that means working through a cognitive distortion, exploring a childhood pattern, or learning to regulate your nervous system after a triggering interaction, we'll find what fits. I also bring in practical assignments between sessions, because real change happens in everyday life, not just in the therapy room.

My sessions are a safe, non-judgmental space where you can say what you've been holding back. I'll validate what you're feeling, gently challenge the stories that are keeping you stuck, and consistently remind you of the progress you're making. I'm genuinely proud of the work my clients do, and I'll tell you so. You're trying hard to work on yourself, and that matters.

I offer online sessions through Jane, making it easy to fit therapy into your day from wherever works best for you. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we're a good fit before you commit. Sliding scale fees are available for students and those without insurance coverage.
