Warm, direct therapy for real life: anxiety, relationships, men's issues, and finding your way forward.

About

Life can be full of joy and adventure, and it will also bring periods of sadness, setbacks, and real challenge. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, career stress, or something harder to name, you don't have to work through it alone. I'm here to help you reflect on what's happening, examine where it comes from, and find a way forward that actually fits your life.

I work with adults using a range of approaches, including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. My style is warm and direct. I'll validate what's hard, and I'll also gently push you to look at the patterns that keep showing up. I use concrete language, occasional humor, and real conversation, because therapy works best when it feels like a genuine collaboration.

I especially want to reach out to men. Men face real pressures in today's world, and it can be hard to know where to start. Therapy is a space to understand your patterns, build coping strategies, and get a clearer sense of who you are. There's genuine strength in asking for help, and I take that seriously.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master's in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a BA from Acadia University. I currently offer sessions online. If any of this resonates, reach out. Let's figure out together what moving forward looks like for you.
