Trauma Therapy and Supervision for Therapists and Leaders. Founder of Resolve Trauma: A Diverse Collective of Trauma Specialists across Canada.

About

Trauma is stored in the body, but so are the mechanisms to heal it. At Resolve Trauma Collective, I lead a network of independent trauma therapists who specialize in body-oriented, brain-based approaches that get to the root of complex trauma so you can understand it, process it, and actually move forward. Whether your trauma comes from an accident, childhood, relationships, religion, race, or sexuality, or you're not sure what's going on but you're suffering, we have a diverse team with both lived and professional experience to meet you where you are.

My own work is grounded in a process I developed called RFIT (Relationship First Integrated Therapy). I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help individuals, couples, and teams understand and express the feelings and needs driving conflict cycles, while weaving in EMDR, Somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems to resolve stuck parts, transform old patterns, and reconnect with yourself and others. I also work with DBT, Mindfulness, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy preparation and integration. I bring a warm, collaborative, and genuinely non-judgmental presence to this work, and I'm not afraid to be real with you.

I have over a decade and a half experience supporting therapists, health professionals, leaders/executives/entrepreneurs, men, first responders, veterans, and Indigenous persons. As founder of the Collective, I provide clinical supervision, training, and consulting in trauma-informed workplaces, couples and family therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy, neurodiversity, leadership, and business coaching to individuals and organizations. Our trauma-informed team includes BIPOC, LGBTQ2SIA+, multi-faith, neurodiverse, and allied therapists who speak Cantonese, Greek, Hindi, Mandarin, Punjabi, and Tagalog across BC, Alberta, Yukon, and across Canada, practicing a diverse range of approaches.

If you're ready to connect, visit resolvetraumacollective.com and click 'Book Now.' Our Therapist Matching Service will pair you with the best fit of therapist within one to three days. I charge $200/session and focus primarily on supporting therapists and other professionals and leaders. Most Collective therapists offer sliding scale rates, and we also have a lower-cost stream (~$60/session) run by carefully selected graduate students.
