Healing anxiety, OCD, and attachment wounds for adults tired of being the strong one.

About

I'm honoured your journey led you here. I'm Rebecca, and my depth therapy approach focuses on healing attachment wounds and rebuilding a sense of inner safety, especially if you're used to being the strong one or the helper. This work tends to resonate most if you feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, stuck in old patterns, or like you just can't seem to feel safe and grounded no matter how hard you try.

For over a decade, I've supported adults navigating anxiety, OCD and intrusive thoughts, self-esteem concerns, boundaries, and repeating relationship patterns, including fear of intimacy, abandonment wounds, people-pleasing, and relationship anxiety. I integrate psychodynamic, emotion-focused, schema, and cognitive-behavioural approaches because I believe meaningful change happens when we understand not only what is happening, but why. I also draw on attachment theory, Enneagram-informed therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy depending on what fits you best.

My approach is conversational, collaborative, and deeply curious. Rather than listening from a distance, I actively engage with you, helping you uncover patterns, make meaningful connections, and understand yourself more fully. Clients often describe me as warm, insightful, direct, and easy to talk to. I work especially well with thoughtful, introspective people who are looking for a therapy experience that goes beyond coping strategies and allows for deeper exploration and real change.

Many of the people I work with have spent some time trying to figure themselves out. They're emotionally aware, often the caretaker in their relationships, and ready for something more than surface-level support. If that sounds like you, I'd love to connect.
