Helping children, teens, adults, and families heal old wounds and move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.

About

You may have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly losing touch with yourself. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in old patterns, struggling in relationships, navigating parenting challenges, healing from trauma, or searching for a deeper sense of purpose. I help children, teens, adults, and families understand the stories, experiences, and nervous system patterns shaping their lives so they can move forward with greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.

As a veteran, former pharmacist, and counsellor, I bring a unique blend of life experience and clinical expertise. My path to counselling began in the Canadian Forces and continued through a decade-long career as a pharmacist. Those experiences shaped my practical, compassionate approach to therapy and my deep interest in trauma, resilience, healing, and human growth. I specialize in trauma, women's health, child development, and supporting veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, adults, children, and families.

My approach blends science and curiosity. Drawing from EMDR, attachment theory, neuroscience, and parts work, I help clients understand themselves more deeply, heal old wounds, and build practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. I also offer clinical supervision for counsellors looking to deepen their skills, confidence, and professional identity.

Asking for help isn't always easy, especially when you're used to being the one others rely on. You don't have to figure it all out alone. If you're ready to better understand yourself, heal old wounds, or create meaningful change, I'd be honoured to be part of that journey.
