Helping you spend less time managing anxiety and more time actually living your life.
About
I know what it feels like to be caught in a loop of constant worry: second-guessing decisions, feeling guilty for not doing 'better,' avoiding situations you wish you could enjoy, and waking up already exhausted. In today's fast-paced world, anxiety can make life feel overwhelming, and before long you find yourself spending more time managing it than actually living. If that sounds familiar, I want you to know that things can genuinely change.
I work primarily with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, and depression. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps us understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and gradually face fears in a way that builds real confidence. I also draw on ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, tailoring the work to fit you specifically.
Therapy with me feels safe, collaborative, and action-oriented. I check in often, use concrete examples, and make sure everything we do makes sense to you. Whether you're a teenager navigating school and friendships, a parent trying to support your child, or an adult ready to stop letting anxiety call the shots, you can come as you are and be met with genuine acceptance and curiosity.
I offer sessions in-person in North York and online across Ontario, with availability most weekdays and evenings. Reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation and let's figure out together whether we're a good fit.
