Life is heavy sometimes. Therapy is a place to set it down, sort through it, and find your footing again.

About

Life rarely comes with clear instructions, and sometimes the weight of it all can feel like too much to carry alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, grief, life transitions, caregiving demands, parenting challenges, chronic illness, or shifting roles and identity, I offer a space to pause, sort through what's going on, and figure out what you actually need. You don't have to have it all figured out to start. A willingness to begin is enough.

My background in medicine gives me a strong grounding in the mind-body connection, and I bring that clinical insight into our work alongside genuine warmth and curiosity. I use an eclectic, integrative approach, drawing on CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, the Gottman Method, psychodynamic and solution-focused frameworks, and more, adapting to what actually resonates with you. I'm wondering what that looks like in practice? It means we explore patterns, build coping tools, process emotions, and deepen self-awareness at a pace that feels right. No one-size-fits-all, no judgment.

My own professional and personal experience gives me a deeper understanding of the challenges that come with women's and perinatal health, chronic illness, caregiver burden, and grief. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I see clients in person in Mississauga and Scarborough, as well as virtually. Morning, evening, and weekend appointments are available.

I work collaboratively, walking alongside you with honesty and care. I'll validate what's hard, gently challenge what's keeping you stuck, and help you reconnect with your own clarity and resilience. When you're ready, we can begin this work together.
