My goal isn't to 'fix' you. It's to help you like all parts of yourself and build the life and relationships you truly want.

As a Certified Sex Therapist with advanced training in IFS and EMDR, I bring over 25 years of experience helping adults and couples heal from trauma, navigate intimacy, and strengthen relationships. For individuals, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR when indicated. For couples, I apply Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO, the IFS model for couples) and the Gottman Method. Every client also benefits from my Certified Sex Therapist skillset. These research-based approaches build skills that create lasting change inside and outside of sessions.

I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where every part of you is welcome. I see individuals, couples, and families, and I'm affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, kink, polyamory, and ethical non-monogamy. I offer in-person sessions in St. Petersburg and online throughout Florida, with availability Monday through Saturday, including afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments.
