Grounded, compassionate therapy for adults navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, and life's harder turns.

About

I work with adults who are feeling weighed down by depression, anxiety, burnout, anger, or a sense of being stuck and unsure about what comes next. Many of my clients struggle with communication, parenting, or simply figuring out what they truly need to feel better. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself as we clarify a path forward together. Je parle aussi en français!

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, genuine, and collaborative. In our first session, I take time to understand what's bringing you in and how your body and mind are responding, using a bio-psycho-social lens. From there, we build a values-based plan with flexible, practical steps, drawing on CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches depending on what fits your goals. I gently challenge unhelpful patterns, like the 'should haves' and 'would haves' that keep us stuck, while validating how hard things can genuinely be. It's always up to you, and I'll walk alongside you with both compassion and honesty.

As a certified forest therapy guide and an outdoors person myself, I often draw on nature as a source of grounding and perspective in my work. Growth takes time and care, and so does healing. In the warmer months, I offer walk-and-talk sessions on the trails in Etobicoke; otherwise, I work virtually to stay accessible and flexible.

I am available Thursdays, Fridays, weeknights, and Saturday mornings. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation and let's figure out together whether we're a good fit.
