A grounded, collaborative space to slow down, make sense of things, and reconnect with what matters.

About

I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges, transitions, questions about identity, relationships, or simply a sense that something in life feels out of alignment. Many people come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in familiar patterns, or uncertain about what comes next. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both virtual and in-person sessions.

My work is grounded in attachment, emotional awareness, and genuine connection. I'm curious about the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape how we move through the world and relate to ourselves and others. I draw from a range of approaches, including CBT, narrative therapy, IFS-informed parts work, somatic awareness, and emotion-focused techniques, and I adapt them to each person's unique circumstances, strengths, and goals. Some sessions may focus on understanding patterns and relationships; others may be more practical and skill-based.

I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. I'll often check in about what's working and what isn't, and I genuinely want your feedback. My hope is to offer a space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and feel genuinely heard. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when you've been carrying things on your own for a long time, and I think that takes real courage.

I completed my Masters in Counselling at Yorkville University and am currently working under supervision. I offer a sliding scale for those who need it, and I'm happy to chat for a free 15-minute consultation if you'd like to get a feel for whether we're a good fit.
