About

Perhaps you're struggling to get things done, feeling overwhelmed, and procrastinating as a result. Your ADHD, anxiety, stress, or depression keeps getting in the way of how you want to be living your life. It's hard to get through the days, and you're starting to get down on yourself. I'm here to help you find your strengths, make meaningful changes, and gain new perspectives so you can start feeling like yourself again.

Together, we'll explore your unique challenges and figure out concrete ways to reach your wellness goals. I support children, teens, families, and adults struggling with neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and emotion regulation. I also have a real passion for supporting parents navigating challenges with their children and teens.

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed throughout.

I hold a master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a master's degree in School and Applied Child Psychology from Western University, with extensive experience supporting children, youth, families, and young adults across Ontario. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so we can chat about your needs and see if working together is the right fit. I respond to emails within 24 hours, so reach out anytime!
