For women who've always managed... until now. Specialized support where perimenopause and ADHD meet.

About

You've always managed. Pushed through. Found workarounds. But somewhere in your 30s and 40s, everything got harder: the brain fog, the overwhelm, the feeling that you're falling apart just when life expects the most from you. Perimenopause is often the moment ADHD finally shows its face in women, or makes an already difficult condition nearly unmanageable. You're not losing your mind. You're not weak. You're dealing with something real that most providers don't understand, let alone treat.

I'm a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience and advanced certifications in ADHD (ADHD-CCSP) and menopause mental health (MMHCP). I also hold specialized CBTi training and a Level 2 certificate in CBT for Reproductive Mental Health. I help women navigate the intersection of perimenopause and ADHD, and I bring a warm, direct, and genuinely collaborative approach to every session. I'm curious about your patterns, I take your experience seriously, and I don't shy away from gently challenging what isn't working.

My work draws on CBT, ACT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and narrative approaches, always chosen to fit what you actually need. In our early sessions we clarify goals, make sense of patterns, and start building practical skills for focus, emotional regulation, boundaries, and self-worth. Many clients notice steadier mood, improved confidence, and better day-to-day functioning within a few weeks. You deserve answers and support that actually fits.

I offer virtual therapy to clients in Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. I accept many private insurance plans and offer direct billing, with a limited number of reduced-fee spots available for those who need a little flexibility.
