I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, and I have a particular understanding of the world that public safety personnel, military members, veterans, and their families navigate. With 20 years of frontline policing experience, I know what high-pressure environments actually feel like, and that informs how I show up in the room. You don't have to explain the culture to me. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, sleep problems, or just the cumulative weight of a hard life, I'm here to help you work through it at a pace that makes sense for you.

I take a collaborative, eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on CBT, EMDR, CPT, DBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, among others. I tailor each session to what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, including about the stuff that's hard to say out loud.
