Emotional and relational traumas are primary causes of pain and dysfunction in the lives of many. I use a candid and direct approach through EMDR, CBT, and IFS to address depression, codependence, low self-esteem, and more, promoting self-agency and resilience so my clients can live an abundant and purposeful life.

I work with individuals and couples on communication and emotional challenges, and I have a genuine drive to help people change or abandon their negative and destructive cycles. My work involves careful analysis and rehabilitation of thought, emotion, and behavior. I offer Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, EMDR Trauma work, and Workshops.

As a trauma-focused therapist, I specialize in helping clients break free from the grip of past or ongoing trauma that keeps them stuck. Using EMDR, I guide clients in processing distressing memories through bilateral stimulation to reduce their emotional impact and foster lasting change in emotions and overall well-being.
