I believe it takes real courage to reach out for support, and I want to make that first step as easy as possible. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges, as well as those who are simply feeling lost and longing for deeper connection, to themselves, to others, and to something larger. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and genuinely collaborative. I meet you where you are.

What makes my practice distinct is the way I weave together psychological and spiritual frameworks without privileging one over the other. I draw on psychodynamic depth work, somatic and body-centered approaches, narrative therapy, inner child and parts work, and transpersonal psychology, alongside astrology as a meaningful therapeutic tool. Whether we are exploring your natal chart, working with the body's wisdom, or sitting with a dream, the goal is always the same: helping you find your way back to your own true nature.
