Healing isn’t a straight line. It’s a journey of understanding, connection, growth and releasing what is no longer serving you
About
Sometimes, we understand that we want things to change, yet something inside us keeps pulling us back. We may find ourselves repeating familiar patterns, reacting in ways we don’t fully understand, or feeling emotions that seem bigger than the moment itself.
Often, there are parts of us carrying experiences, beliefs, fears, or protective responses from earlier in our lives. Rather than trying to silence or change these parts, therapy can create space to listen to them with curiosity and compassion. I help clients connect with their different parts, understand what they may be carrying or protecting, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
This process can help create greater emotional balance, self-understanding, and a sense of choice making it possible to move forward without leaving important parts of yourself behind.
Healing isn’t a straight line. It’s a journey of understanding, connection, growth, and gently releasing what no longer serves you.
I offer confidential virtual therapy for adults 19 and older, drawing from EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside CBT- and DBT-informed interventions. I tailor therapy to each person’s experiences, needs, and goals.
I offer sessions in English and Arabic and bring a culturally and spiritually sensitive approach to my work. Daytime, evening, and occasional weekend appointments are available.
You don’t have to fight against the parts of you that are struggling. Together, we can begin to understand them, connect with them, and create space for healing.
