A heart-centered approach to help you create and maintain a calm, more purposeful, and more soulful way of living.
About
For over 27 years, I have helped couples build safe and secure relationships, drawing upon my expertise as a couples therapist, while grounded in my own life experience, and personal growth. In my Individual practice with women, I incorporate aspects of energy psychology, one's spiritual connection (not necessarily religious), and an exploration into life's meaning and purpose. Guided by what you bring to the session, I listen deeply and maintain high energy to find ways to elevate your inner light, sense of self, and state of peace. I am a Member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
My Individual practice is open to women of all ages. Whether you are in your mid-20s or mid-80s, if you are coping with stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or a yearning for more meaning and purpose, I will guide you in finding renewed hope and resilience, living a fulfilled life, and, in time, learning to enjoy aging gracefully.
Whether you are 20, 60 or 80, uncentered or uncertain about your path forward, it is never too late to begin living vibrantly and with purpose. Let's discover what might be holding you back from creating a healthier body, more emotional peace, and a deeper spiritual connection throughout your lifespan.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you offer evening appointments?
- I meet with clients online from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am - 6:30 pm, and periodically on Saturday mornings. I do not offer evening appointments.
- What does a first session with you look like?
- The first session is called your "Discovery Session". We spend 90 minutes together (as an introduction to both Individual or Couple therapy sessions). This gives me an opportunity to learn as much as I can about you, and understand what you are bringing to the therapy process. It also gives you an opportunity to see the direction we will be going in together, experience some new ways of thinking or feeling, and experience being in a calmer state, with a focus on moving forward.
- How quickly can I book a first appointment?
- You can reach me through the Contact page on my Vibrant Beyond Sixty site, or from my Psychology Today listing. I schedule a free 20-minute video conference meetup prior to your first session. At the end of that call, I will help you schedule your first appointment.
- How would you describe your therapy approach?
- I work with whatever clients bring to therapy,. I focus on listening and responding, rather than following a structured format. My approach incorporates many years of training, therapist-client experience, and practice using several therapeutic modalities. As your therapist, I will help you tap into your ability to be "the best of you", grounded, purposeful, productive, creative, and calmer (no matter what you may be experiencing). You will learn to be more in touch with your true inner voice, so that you can act in a way that is both authentic and self-protective. I will encourage you to follow a path of practising self-love, kindness, and compassion. You will learn to recognize that anger, fear, frustration, blaming, and reactivity do not help you stay in that state of love, nor do they help you to connect deeply with others.
