Are you feeling professionally stuck, burned out, or just deeply unhappy at work? I work with adults who are experiencing career dissatisfaction, disengagement, or burnout, and those who know change is needed but have no idea where to start. My sense is that when work feels wrong, it rarely stays contained to work. It spills into your confidence, your relationships, your mental health, and your sense of self.

What I do is help you get clear. During our first session, we dig into what's actually going on and build a plan together. Most of my clients achieve real career clarity and direction within 8 to 10 weeks. I use a mix of approaches, including CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, to help you identify your values, challenge the fears and doubts holding you back (imposter syndrome, fear of failure, the 'what if I'm wrong' spiral), and move toward work that genuinely fits your life.

I'm direct, warm, and practical. I'll validate what you're going through and I'll also gently push back when I see you getting in your own way. I believe your career is a big part of your life, and it's both normal to want to enjoy it and entirely possible to build a sustainable living doing work you love.
