Neurodiversity-affirming therapy for late-diagnosed folks navigating a neurotypical world.

About

Hey, I'm Lily! I'm a neurodivergent therapist who genuinely gets what it's like to be late-diagnosed and trying to figure out how to move through a world that wasn't built for your brain. My work is centered on neurodivergent individuals, especially those navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I bring both clinical training and lived experience to every session.

My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I pull from somatic and body-based awareness, IFS, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT, and narrative approaches, and I'm always following your lead on what feels most useful. Whether we're doing a walk-and-talk session to get out of your head, mapping out missing foundations on a visual diagram, or just processing whatever's most pressing that week, I meet you where you are.

I specialize in helping people find accommodations, challenge the 'should' statements that create so much self-pressure, reframe ADHD as a disability that deserves real support (not a personal failing), and work through masking and the exhaustion that comes with it. I also work with folks navigating family conflict, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and LGBTQ+ identity.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get a feel for each other before committing to anything. Sessions are online via video, and I'm available most weekdays and evenings. I'd love to connect!
