You don't have to keep carrying this alone. Real, felt safety is possible.

About

If you're carrying the weight of difficult relationships, old wounds, or the quiet belief that your needs don't quite matter, you've found a safe place. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and complex family dynamics. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic awareness, we'll get to know the parts of you that protect, hurt, and are still waiting to be heard, while building real, felt safety in your nervous system.

Many clients come to me exhausted from years of putting everyone else first, from shrinking themselves to keep the peace, or from patterns that made sense once but now keep them stuck. I'm curious about what's coming up for you beneath those patterns, and I believe that when we slow down and listen to those parts with compassion, lasting change becomes possible. Together, we'll gently explore how beliefs and protective strategies formed early in life continue to shape your relationships and your sense of self today.

I draw from IFS, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment theory, somatic approaches, and psychodynamic frameworks. These modalities work together to help you reconnect with your authentic self, respond from your adult self rather than old wounds, and begin asking for what you actually need. My practice is 100% virtual, offering video or phone sessions so you can access support wherever you are.

Reaching out is one of the most courageous steps you can take, and I commend you for being here. I offer a free 15-minute consultation and would be honored to work with you. Now also offering supervision for registered psychotherapists.
