Letting go of codependency, perfectionism, and people pleasing starts with learning to trust yourself.
About
I am a licensed professional counselor, emotional wellness coach, and educator who has worked in the field since 2013. I received my graduate degree in Counseling from Duquesne University, and have worked in a variety of settings, including K-12 schools, mental health clinics, and the online coaching world.
I collaborate with individuals of all ages to help them navigate a wide variety of challenges, with a special emphasis on healing codependency, perfectionism, and people pleasing tendencies. I strive to help my clients reach their individual goals in a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. I view my work as a collaborative effort between myself and the client, in which we partner together to focus on inner healing, explore identity, and develop coping skills to manage life’s stressors effectively. My style is warm, open, and empowering, and I consider establishing rapport and building trust the foundations for a strong therapeutic relationship.
