Neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-specific therapy for women and non-binary folks with ADHD in Ontario.

About

We're The Curious Collective, a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-specific therapy practice based in Ontario, and yes, we actually have ADHD too. We know what it's like to walk into a room and forget why you went there, to never quite relax, to feel like you're working harder than everyone else and still falling behind. We've felt the deadline doom, the procrastination spirals, the overstimulation, and the forgetfulness. We get it, in the most literal sense possible.

We specialize in serving women and non-binary folks with ADHD through individual and group psychotherapy. Because we know what it's like to feel halfway understood, we've made it our mission to make sure you never feel that way in therapy. Our goal is to help curious minds like yours feel safe, and that starts with fostering an affirming, empowering, welcoming environment where you don't have to explain yourself to us.

Our work draws on approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, somatic and body-based methods, and Exposure and Response Prevention, always grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed lens. Whether you're newly diagnosed, diagnosed years ago, or just starting to wonder, we're here to help you build a life that actually works for your brain.

We offer individual 50-minute therapy sessions as well as Hype Our Focus, our 9-week group therapy program for ADHDers who want connection with literally like-minded people. If you're ready to work with a therapist who truly gets you, we'd love to hear from you.
