Healing trauma, anxiety, and addiction at the root, not just the surface.

About

Many of my clients are the people others rely on: healthcare professionals, caregivers, and adults who have spent years putting everyone else first. They come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or carrying the lasting effects of trauma, anxiety, addiction, or difficult life experiences. They want more than coping strategies; they want to understand themselves, heal at a deeper level, and create lasting change.

Drawing on 25+ years of hospital-based mental health experience, I offer trauma-informed therapy using Internal Family Systems (IFS). My approach helps clients move beyond coping, heal the roots of emotional pain, and create long-lasting meaningful change. I hold IFS training at both Level 1 and the IFS-Certified Advisor level (IFSI-L1 and IFSCA), with deep expertise in trauma, anxiety, addiction, and emotional healing.

I primarily use IFS, a gentle approach that helps you understand and heal the parts of yourself carrying pain, fear, or self-criticism. Therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on lasting change, not simply managing symptoms. When it supports your goals, I thoughtfully integrate other evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs.

Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where every part of you is met with compassion rather than judgement. I offer virtual sessions in late afternoons and early evenings, and I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see whether we are a good fit.
