Helping you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, so you can build a life that feels like yours.
About
You may be feeling overwhelmed by relationship challenges, life transitions, family dynamics, grief, anxiety, or a sense that you've lost yourself. Maybe you find yourself repeating the same patterns or feeling disconnected from who you are and what you need. I offer a space to make sense of what's underneath the surface, with curiosity, warmth, and a lot of honesty.
Drawing on 20 years of mental health experience, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, divorce, identity questions, and the kinds of relational patterns that tend to follow us from one chapter to the next. My approach is integrative, pulling from attachment-based, relational, psychodynamic, IFS, somatic, and evidence-based frameworks to meet you where you are. We'll explore both what's happening now and the experiences that shaped you, building self-awareness, healthier connections, and practical strategies that actually fit your values.
I work in a way that's collaborative and conversational. I'll check in, I'll wonder out loud with you, and I'll gently name things when I think it matters. I welcome and affirm individuals from 2SLGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, and I see individuals and families across a range of life stages and concerns.
I offer in-person sessions in Welland, walking sessions throughout Niagara, and virtual or phone sessions across Ontario. If you're curious about working together, I'd love to connect for a complimentary 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions and see if the fit feels right.
