A lot of my clients are exhausted from carrying everyone else's needs, overthinking every decision, or feeling like they have to keep it all together. That makes sense, and I get it. My approach is warm, laid-back, and trauma-informed, meaning we go at your pace with no pressure and no judgment.

Therapy with me is collaborative. You're the expert on your own life; I'm here to help you sort through the noise, reconnect with yourself, and find a path forward that actually works for you. I blend evidence-based tools like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy with a whole lot of compassion and, yes, some humor. I'm not here to give you textbook answers. I'm here to offer real support.

I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship patterns that keep people stuck. Whether you're processing something that happened years ago or just trying to get through the week without your mood running the show, we'll build practical coping skills and work through what's keeping you from feeling grounded and confident.
