Helping children, families, and perinatal parents heal from trauma and feel whole again.

About

Hi and welcome! I work with adults, perinatal parents, children ages 4 to 18, and their families navigating trauma and attachment concerns. The areas I focus on most include complex and intergenerational trauma, attachment, mood and anxiety, attention-deficit and behavioural concerns, parental support, infant mental health (ages 0 to 6), and complex family and foster family dynamics. For perinatal clients, I hold space for mood and anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, parental challenges, relationship strains, reproductive health, infertility, and third-party reproduction.

I am a registered social worker certified in perinatal mental health, infant mental health, and EMDR. My foundation is in narrative therapy and attachment-based work. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a range of play therapy strategies when working with littles. I'm curious about what each person brings into the room, and I meet children and families where they are, whether that means using child-led play therapy, building a feel-better bag, or mapping out the people in your world.

We start out whole when we are born and fracture into many parts over the course of our lives. These parts work together to protect us and help us cope day to day, but rarely do we feel whole. Whether you are an adult or child, First Nations, pregnant, postpartum, or on a fertility journey, you deserve to feel whole again.

I am available in person and online on weekdays and evenings. Please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I'd love to connect.
