Warm, collaborative therapy for anxiety, burnout, and life transitions, at your pace.

About

I know how powerful it can feel to finally connect with someone who truly gets it, someone you feel safe with, who can help you navigate the stress and challenges life throws your way. Whether you're overwhelmed by a major life event, juggling multiple issues, or just feeling stuck, you're not alone. I'm here to offer support without judgment, and to walk with you through whatever you're facing.

I work with adults dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, and life transitions. That includes new and expectant parents, front-line workers, older adults navigating change, and people managing the emotional side of health challenges. I'm also a Registered Dietitian, so I can offer support where food, body image, and mental health connect.

My approach weaves together CBT, ACT, IFS, and mindfulness-based tools, practical ways to ease anxiety and shift unhelpful patterns, alongside deeper exploration of your inner world with curiosity rather than judgment. I'm curious about what's driving the thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck, and I'll gently challenge the self-critical stories that aren't serving you. You don't have to know the right words or exactly what you need. We'll figure it out together, at your pace.

I offer in-person sessions in Etobicoke, virtual therapy across Ontario, and walk-and-talk therapy. I have daytime and evening availability. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation and we'll find the right time for you.
