When something no longer fits, I help you slow down, make sense of it, and figure out what you need now.

About

Something in your life may no longer fit the way it used to. You might be exhausted from holding too much, trying to understand a change in your identity, grieving, living with illness, or noticing that old survival strategies are starting to cost more than they help. I work with adults in individual therapy around trauma, ADHD, burnout, sex, intimacy, and relationship patterns. I also support couples who feel stuck in conflict, distance, or changes in their sexual or emotional connection. We slow things down, make sense of what has been shaping the problem, and figure out what you need now.

Therapy with me is thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. We can work on communication and practical change while making room for identity, history, power, relationships, and nervous system capacity. My practice is queer- and neurodivergent-affirming, sex-positive, kink-aware, and welcoming of people across identities and relationship structures. I draw from narrative, relational, somatic, parts work, psychodynamic, DBT-informed, EFT, and Gottman-informed approaches. Sessions may be practical, reflective, or both.

I bring 8 years of clinical experience in acute mental health, addictions, crisis de-escalation, and emotional regulation. My ongoing advanced training focuses on integrative sex and relationship therapy, couples work, and complex trauma. I help with recurring conflict, communication breakdowns, desire differences, sexual anxiety, identity exploration, burnout, grief, trauma, and neurodivergence. We may explore attachment, power, nervous system responses, shame, boundaries, and the stories shaping your patterns.

Reaching out can feel vulnerable when sex, identity, resentment, or distance is hard to name. You do not need perfect words or a clear goal. We can begin with what feels most present, talk about what you hope could change, and see whether working together feels like the right fit. I offer a free 15-minute consultation and virtual sessions across Ontario.
