Compassionate, evidence-based counselling for relationships, identity, and real, lasting change.

About

Hi, I'm Justin. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your emotions, or struggling with intimacy or identity, you don't have to go through it alone. I work with individuals and couples in White Rock, Surrey, and Langley, and I'm curious about what's actually going on for you, not just the surface-level stuff. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I bring an attachment-based, emotion-focused lens to help you understand how past experiences shape the patterns you're living with right now.

I work from a sex-positive, harm-reduction perspective, and I'm comfortable exploring the full range of what brings people in: relationship challenges, sexuality and intimacy, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, addiction, body image, non-monogamy, and more. I also draw on ACT, narrative therapy, and somatic awareness to help you get clearer on your values, loosen the grip of unhelpful stories, and notice what's happening in your body, not just your head.

What matters most to me is building a space where you feel genuinely understood. I'll validate what you're going through and, when it's useful, gently slow things down and challenge the assumptions that might be keeping you stuck. I believe you already hold the capacity to heal and grow. I'm here to help you tap into that strength, together.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation, and I see clients both in person in White Rock and online across BC. I'm licensed as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and hold a Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University.
