I use a simple and effective approach that integrates several types of psychotherapy and neuroscience to address your symptoms as well as the underlying conditions that may be causing them. I will teach you new skills, techniques, and mindsets that help you relate better to yourself, others, and the world around you. My main area of expertise is anxiety disorders, most specifically OCD, depression, and compulsive behaviors. I am trauma-informed and have successfully treated a wide variety of complicated and unusual cases across 25 years of full-time mental health experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Treatment is a collaborative process. We will explore what brought you to therapy and what you want from it, then move at your pace to decrease your symptoms and address the underlying patterns that may be driving them. Many of my clients have told me they wished they had started therapy years ago. If doing the same thing has not been helpful, trying something new might be.
