Warm, real, and in your corner. Life can be hard, but your good life is possible.
About
Life can be hard. But a good life, your good life, is possible. If you're navigating difficult moments, feeling stuck, or carrying more than you should have to carry alone, I'm here to help you find clarity, build lasting coping skills, and reconnect with your own strength. I believe that with the right support, you can feel well again.
My approach is eclectic and collaborative. I draw on person-centered, trauma-informed, and narrative frameworks, weaving in psychoeducation and family-of-origin work when it fits. What that means in practice is that I tailor our work to you: your unique story, your goals, and your strengths. Together, we build tools you can draw on long after our sessions end.
People often describe me as warm, compassionate, and genuine. I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work, and I think that helps clients feel at ease opening up. My style is soft and gentle, never rushed, never judgmental. I believe a trusting, relaxed therapeutic relationship is the foundation of real change. I'll validate what's hard, gently challenge what's keeping you stuck, and always keep you in the driver's seat.
I'm available most evenings and weekends, in person and online, and I offer a sliding scale fee because I'm committed to making counselling as accessible as possible. If you're looking for someone kind, real, and genuinely in your corner, I'd love to connect. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
