Health, burnout, or a big life change got you feeling like a stranger to yourself? Let's find your footing.

About

Have health challenges, chronic pain, burnout, or a major life change left you feeling like you're not quite yourself anymore? When your health starts affecting your work, relationships, independence, or daily routine, it can feel overwhelming. You may find yourself wondering why things that once felt manageable now take so much effort. Maybe you're adjusting to a new diagnosis, coping with ongoing symptoms, recovering from an injury, navigating a disability leave, or simply figuring out how to keep moving forward when life looks different than it used to.

Many of my clients are professionals trying to balance work, family responsibilities, and their own wellbeing, all while dealing with something that has shifted the ground beneath them. I help individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps in life, career, and relationships. Together, we explore what's weighing on you while uncovering your strengths and resources. My approach is person-centered and solution-focused, and sessions are designed to be direct, structured, and results-oriented. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to support practical, goal-oriented change.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a focus on helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, and the impact of health and work on daily functioning. I work with adults who value their time and are ready for therapy that meets them where they are. Give yourself grace, right? Taking the first step can feel intimidating, and that's exactly why I offer a free 15-minute consultation. It's a no-pressure space to ask questions, share what's on your mind, and see if we're a good fit.
