I'm a Certified EMDR Therapist with 23 years of experience, and I specialize in helping people reprocess traumatic experiences and reduce distressing symptoms. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children to adults, and I bring genuine warmth and a non-judgmental approach to every session.

My work is integrative and individualized. I primarily use EMDR to support healing from trauma, and I draw on CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, somatic approaches, and parts work depending on what fits you best. I also hold a certificate in Children's Grief and Bereavement, and I'm an EMDR Consultant-in-Training. That makes sense to me because the more tools I have, the better I can meet you where you are.

In our work together, we start by stabilizing symptoms so you feel grounded and supported, then move toward the root of what's been weighing on you. We'll work on managing symptoms, processing trauma, and building self-compassion and confidence. I believe in strength-based therapy that helps you reconnect with what matters most to you, and I'll always respect your pace and autonomy in that process.
