Depth-oriented therapy for adults ready to look inward, tolerate discomfort, and make real change.

About

You may be successful on paper, capable, thoughtful, and outwardly functioning, yet find yourself feeling stuck, emotionally heavy, or repeating the same patterns in relationships, grief, or life transitions. I work with adults who are ready to engage in meaningful, consistent therapy. Not quick fixes, not surface-level venting, and not passive participation. Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and intentional. My clients come prepared to look inward, tolerate discomfort, and make real change over time.

I offer depth-oriented therapy for adults navigating grief, relationship patterns, anxiety, and life transitions. My work is thoughtful, structured, and collaborative, best suited for clients ready to engage consistently, reflect deeply, and invest in meaningful, long-term change. I draw on CBT and its variations, ACT, DBT, and somatic approaches, tailoring the work to what each client actually needs.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you've been carrying a lot on your own. You don't have to have everything figured out to begin, just a willingness to show up honestly. I also lead a therapist-facilitated online support group, Paws and Hearts, for adults grieving the loss of a beloved pet, a space where that grief is taken seriously and met with compassion.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and am licensed in Nevada, Virginia, and DC, with Idaho telehealth. I have completed several thousand hours of one-on-one client work and have supported over 500 clients through teletherapy across 20 years in practice. If you're ready for thoughtful, supportive work, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
