Understanding your patterns, not just managing your symptoms, so you can build a life that actually fits.

About

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and want to better understand themselves, not just manage symptoms. Together, we explore the experiences, beliefs, and emotions that have shaped those patterns while building practical skills that support lasting change, resilience, and a greater sense of fulfillment.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness-based practices, and attachment-focused perspectives. In practice, this often looks like working through trigger logs, using the downward arrow technique to uncover core beliefs, exploring the different parts of yourself that show up in moments of anger or fear, and taking small but meaningful behavioral steps between sessions. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and empowered.

I have over three years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, with specialized training in addiction counseling. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns, and I'm committed to making therapy as accessible as possible through insurance and sliding-scale options. Before pursuing counseling, I studied pre-law and interior design, and my own experiences with grief, mental health, and personal growth ultimately led me to this field.

As a pre-licensed clinician, I provide therapy under the supervision of a fully licensed clinician, which allows me to offer evidence-based, high-quality care while staying current with the latest counseling research and practices. I offer a free 15-minute consultation, and I'd love to connect.
