Helping you heal relational wounds, build stronger connections, and find your way back to yourself.

About

I work with individuals and couples who are ready to strengthen their relationships, heal from relational injuries, and grow into a deeper understanding of themselves. My practice centers on attachment injury and relational trauma, because I know how much our early experiences shape the way we connect, protect ourselves, and sometimes get stuck in painful patterns we didn't choose.

Together, we build insight into your strengths and struggles in relationships. That means developing real acceptance and compassion for yourself, not just as a concept but as something you actually feel, while also building practical skills to communicate better, manage emotions, and recover from the wounds that relationships can leave behind. Whether your relationship feels like it's at a breaking point, your self-esteem has taken a hit, or you've developed coping habits that aren't serving you anymore, therapy can help.

I draw on a range of approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, EFT, the Gottman Method, and attachment-based and trauma-focused work, adapting to what fits you best. I'm direct and warm, and I won't shy away from naming what I see. I work with adults, individuals, couples, and groups, and I'm affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, polyamory, and kink.

I offer in-person sessions in a cozy office with bright, comfortable chairs, and I'm also available online via video. I'm typically available weekdays from 12 to 8pm. Call or email me for a free 15-minute consultation.
