I bring 24 years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, adults, and families through education, and since August 2024, through clinical mental health services. I also hold additional certifications in adult and youth mental health coaching as well as biblical counseling.

My ideal clients are children, teens, and adults who have a personal desire to feel better and rise from the weight of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, overwhelming emotions, communication challenges, or difficult life transitions. They are committed to the therapy process and open to meaningful change in their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

I work collaboratively alongside clients in a person-centered approach that honors their strengths, autonomy, and goals. Therapy may include CBT, DBT skills, EMDR, reality therapy techniques, and holistic, strength-based care tailored to your goals, values, and culture. A Christian faith-based approach is available when requested.
